For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of learning, communication, and technology. I design training and onboarding that help people adopt systems, follow processes, and build confidence in real-world conditions.
My work blends learning design and facilitation with practical documentation that supports performance at scale like SOPs, job aids, checklists, tutorials, and self‑serve support content that makes expectations clear and next steps obvious.
I start by understanding the audience’s context and constraints. Then I design for clarity: reduce cognitive load, anticipate common failure points, and build supports that encourage steady follow‑through especially when the topic is high‑stakes or unfamiliar.
Outside of work, I’m writing a memoir and remain interested in how language shapes understanding
